Canterbury Trails accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of such cancellations when applied.
In the event of bad weather or if circumstances beyond our control make it difficult to ensure the safety of the clients & we cancel the tour.
Cancellation Policy
For day tours, cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice will result in a cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee, while those made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
