Meet some of the birds which we have rehabilitated and unable to go back to the wild. Our experienced guides will help you hold a kāhu hawk and teach you about all New Zealand's raptors, the kāhu/ hawk, kārearea/ falcon, ruru/ morepork, little owl and barn owl. Sessions are available in Timaru by prearrangement.

Cancellation Policy
NZRT reserves the right to cancel any event (due to severe weather or otherwise) and in the event of this, will notify booked visitors via email by 9.00 am on the day of the experience and provide the choice to postpone or receive a refund.
Full refund on at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.
