Discovery Sun - Fri: 10am - 7pm Sat: 10am - 7pm. Tranquility & Restaurant Sun - Fri: 10am - 7pm Sat: 10am - 10pm. Day Spa Mon - Sun: 10am - 6pm Cafe Mon - Fri: 10am - 5pm Sat & Sun: 10am - 5:30pm.
An adult-exclusive bathing experience complete with a swim up bar where you can enjoy a drink or two and savour local fare. As a Tranquility guest you also receive access to the Discovery Pools when they are in session to enjoy different pool temperatures. Please note that during 8pm sessions our Discovery Pools are closed. Tranquility pool temperatures are 38 degrees C. Experience includes complimentary robe and towel upon entry. Book a 2hr or 4hr session at a time that best suits you - bookings in advance are highly recommended.

Conditions
All Tranquility and Solar Tub Customers MUST BE 18 OR OVER and carry an acceptable form of ID. We can only accept NZ Drivers License, Passport or Kiwi Access Card. ID will be checked upon arrival if you look under 25. Due to the Tranquility Pools being an R18 zone this area is not constantly supervised by lifeguards.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will only be made if we receive notification of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the booking time displayed on the entry pass. If notification of a booking cancellation is received within 24 hours prior to the time of the booking time displayed on the entry pass, bookings may be rescheduled within 12 months of the original booking time, however no refunds will be given.
