A boutique grassroots distillery, set on the foothills of Mt Fyffe, Kaikōura. These award winning gins are created using botanics that Justine has sourced from around her farm and the local area. The botanical Woolshed and Oceanic Shearwater gins are true story inspired small batch bespoke gins. Justine is passionate about showcasing what Kaikōura has to offer, sustainability and supporting locals are fundamental to her as she navigates this exciting journey that the distillery is on. The Distillery is 8km north of Kaikoura, Walk into her small rustic aromatic distillery and be inspired by the process, the passion and the gin. Come and taste what Kaikōura has to offer.

Visits to the Distillery is by appointment only.
Please ring and book to avoid disappointment.
This distillery is on private property, please respect that this is a working farm. The road to the distillery is a rural gravel road and stock and machinery use the road often.
