Middle Rock Farm Tour

Join us, an intergenerational sheep farming family, living and working in New Zealand's scenic Lake Coleridge high country, one hour's drive west of Christchurch. On arrival, guests are welcomed by the family before taking a tour out onto the property. Guided by Charlotte, our farmer, high country farming activities are viewed and discussed and there is the opportunity to watch working dogs in action. The panoramic views of Mt Hutt and the Upper Rakaia Gorge, visible from the property are also a feature of the tour. Visits conclude with teas or lunches at the homestead. With our excellent on farm roading, we specialise in providing day tours for coach groups. Groups should allow a minimum of 2½ hours for a visit.
