Only an hour and half away from Christchurch is Akaroa & the departure of our package tour to spend a night in the tranquil bay of Pohatu. Our guides drive you to and from the bay by comfortable 4WD vans. You get plenty of free time to swim, explore or relax in our beautiful area with plenty to see and do. Get a free evening penguin tour in season to learn about the White Flippered Penguin and the conservation to preserve penguins & other species. The next morning you have the possibility to kayak & discover the wildlife in the sheltered bay and the spectacular outer coast of Pohatu Marine Reserve. Our accommodations includes full cooking and eating facilities, all bedding, linen and hot showers. Separate accommodation or beds available.

Conditions
An add-on guided Sea-kayaking safari can be added for $65 per person for 2 or 3 and $50 for 4 or more.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds within 24 hours of departure. Exceptions are made if operator cancels the activity due to waterway, road or weather conditions (a full refund would be then given).
A 10% service charge applies to all other cancellation refunds.
