The historic homestead at Tipapa Estate Bed & Breakfast offers four large and luxurious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and beautiful views. Wake up to peace and tranquillity before enjoying the breakfast we prepare for you. Wander the extensive gardens or make the most of the swimming pool (summer only). Guests are welcome to enjoy the lounge and dining rooms, all with open fireplaces. Talk to us about dinner options at Tipapa or nearby, or arrange use of our fabulous kitchen facilities.
Pricing and Conditions
- Adult: $325.00 - $450.00
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled up to 24 hours prior to or upon arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of the cost of one night’s accommodation.
If we are able to rebook your room no cancellation fee will be payable. In the event of a “no-show” the full booking cost will be charged.
