We have twelve units which are all spacious, ground level self contained apartments to suit everyone's needs. We have studio units, mountain view units with two wheelchair friendly units, two bedroom units and one bedroom units. You park right out in front of your unit and have ample parking for trailers and boats too. All our units are serviced daily and we have onsite laundry for your needs. We have a library of books for you to read and relax listening to the waves crashing down. if you need we do a continental breakfast with a small charge, just let the office know when you book in. We can help you with any other bookings or tour bookings through Kaikoura or any information about the town and dining areas you would like to know about.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes to your booking for your unit must be made at least 2 days (48hrs) prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount.
